Shipping destinations

Available destinations depend on the product, inventory location, carrier coverage, certification and import restrictions. The destinations offered at checkout are the destinations currently supported for that order. We may be unable to ship certain products, batteries, lasers, materials or accessories to some regions.

Order processing

In-stock orders are generally prepared after payment, fraud review and any required configuration confirmation. Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Large machines, customized configurations and orders requiring compliance checks may need additional preparation. We will contact you if information is required before shipment.

Reservations and pre-orders

Dates shown for reserved, pre-ordered or unreleased products are good-faith estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Product development, certification, component supply, manufacturing, quality control and international logistics may affect timing.

We will provide material updates when reasonably available. Please see the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund eligibility before shipment.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available services, estimated transit times and shipping charges are shown at checkout where possible. Estimates begin after the order is handed to the carrier and do not include order processing, customs clearance, weather disruption, remote-area delivery or carrier delays.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. We may use different carriers or fulfillment locations to complete an order.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Where checkout states that duties and taxes are included, FA3D or its logistics provider will arrange payment as described. Otherwise, international shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, brokerage, customs or local handling charges collected from the recipient by authorities or carriers.

The recipient is responsible for complying with local import requirements and paying charges not collected at checkout. Refusal to pay required charges may cause delay, return or abandonment, and related costs may be deducted from any available refund where permitted by law.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address associated with the order. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. A signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law and the shipping terms shown at checkout. Please arrange a secure delivery location and monitor tracking.

Address changes

Review the shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and carriers may charge for redirection or address correction. FA3D is not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, except where required by law.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or a shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

We will work with the carrier and may arrange replacement parts, a replacement shipment, repair or refund where the claim is confirmed. Carrier investigations and customs reviews can take additional time.

Undeliverable and refused shipments

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, refusal or unpaid import charges, we will contact you after it is received. Re-shipping and carrier return costs may apply. Any refund will follow our Refund Policy and applicable law.
