This policy explains the rules for order cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through the official FA3D website.
Please contact FA3D Customer Support and obtain return instructions before sending any product back. Products purchased from a distributor or third-party marketplace must be handled through the original seller.
1 Order Cancellation
Within Two Hours of Purchase
You may request cancellation within two hours after placing an order if the order has not entered the packing or shipping process. If the request is approved,
the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
More Than Two Hours After Purchase
We may be unable to cancel an order once it has been packed, released to a carrier, or entered the shipping process.
After delivery, you may request a return under this policy.
Order Changes
Contact Customer Support as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address, product model, or quantity.
We cannot guarantee a change after the order enters the shipping process.
